Compact Coil
A new concept of rebar, the coiled reinforcing bar (or rebar in coils) brings many benefits such as reduced labour costs, reduced machining losses and steel use, better inventory management, and efficient use of storage. It is used in the same applications as straight-length rebar but is provided in coils. Some customers with automatic straightening and cutting machines prefer coils.

Couplers
Madar offers a parallel threaded rebar splice with cold upsetting jointly with high-quality couplers. The product fully satisfies the requirements of major international standards, i.e., BS, DIN, ASTM, at the highest level of efficiency. Madar uses Dextra machines that are imported from Thailand for threading. The machine has three parts: cutting, forging, and threading.

Cut & Bend
A value-added reinforcement solution for the optimization and fabrication of rebars in a factory is the Cut & Bend TMT Bar. TMT steel bars are cut to custom sizes and bent to specific shapes based on the bar bending schedule (BBS). Since the entire manufacturing process is automated, Cut & Bend is very accurate and precise.
